Store Policies

Refund Policy

All orders must be cancelled prior to 24 hours of the order to receive a full refund to the original payment method. All other orders will receive store credit.

Board Remake Policy

All boards are made fresh daily. If you fail to pickup your order on the assigned date, we will not remake your board and your payment will not be refunded.

Delivery Policy

We will attempt only ONE delivery per order. We do not leave boards outside unless instructed to. If customer fails to answer the door, we will bring the order back to the shop. The order will be available for pickup that day and discarded at the end of the day. If another delivery attempt is requested, customer will be charged for another delivery.
